Questions

What counts as a “governed identity”?
Any human or AI agent that can submit a request through AetherOps: dashboard, API, MCP, Slack, or chat. Agents are counted like employees, not billed as an add-on.
Do you charge extra for AI autopilot or Slack approvals?
No. Those are part of the Growth plan price above, not a separate SKU stacked on top of a base identity platform fee.
What if we have both employees and AI agents on the platform?
They share one catalog and one price per identity. There is no separate “non-human identity” tier.
Is there a contract or can we cancel anytime?
Starter is free with no contract. Growth and Enterprise are billed on terms agreed when you talk to us; we don’t lock you into multi-year terms to get a reasonable price.
